My Technician Joe Rothieutner was professional, friendly, knowledgeable. He made sure wood floor and cabinet corners were protected. The door covering helped keep mosquitoes and flies out while allowing quick access in and out of the house. Joe provided detailed information about other services and helped me decide about services I needed that day. The carpets look great and everything was cleaned up nicely!

The technicians are curteous and professional. The carpets they cleaned in our Sunday school rooms are clean smelling and look much better and we love the peace of mind knowing that they are residue free for our kids.

I like the professional operation of the appointment setting, email confirmations, phone calls, and then the cleaning of my carpets. Our technician, Aaron Huber truly cares about my carpets and our family's health. Aaron made suggestions on how to further clean the carpets but it was never high pressure . Just great service all around. This is my second time in two months having Aaron Huber and Zerorez out to clean our homes' carpets and it has been a super experience. Thank-you!
