They were on time and walked through our home and explained the whole process. He worked really hard to get all the spots out of the carpet. Our carpet looked brand new when he was done. We will definitely be using them again.

The gentleman (he was truly a gentleman) who cleaned my carpets was phenomenal. He explained everything before he did it and he couldn't of been nicer or more professional. He got rid of all the dog urine odor and the carpets looked brand-new. Without a doubt this is who I will call the next time I need my carpets cleaned

What do you like about our products and services?

We have had other companies clean our carpet in the past and I was quite dissapointed. Their chemicals/soap were still in the carpet and therefore the carpet was like a magnet as far as getting dirty again. Their CLEAN does not last - ZEROREZ cleaning does last.
