friendly neat service person, I was happy with the carpet cleaning I just wasn't sure why the tech didn't clean the bathroom grout that is locatd between the edge floor tile and the wall bull nose tile. I had to do that myself. Otherwise very satisfied.

Terrific customer service. That is VERY hard to find today. Zerorez is one of the few exceptions. Also appreciate the full-service nature of your services. Completely forgot about your tile cleaning until my service technician mentioned it. They added it to my services and my tile looks great!
