I have experienced many different carpet cleaning companies for my home and others and have witnessed how fast the carpets/rugs were dirty again after using shampoos. Zerorez has left carpets cleaner when they leave and cleaner after long periods of time. We just had our 2 rugs cleaned by you and I was shocked how clean they came home. I was ready to trash one of them.
I've had 3 or four occasions to use Zerorez in two different homes. Each experience has been way above par and the people (on the phones as well as the techs) are always very friendly and seem like they genuinely want to do a good job.
