I've heard your radio commercials for a few years and finally took the time to have my carpets cleaned by Zerorez. My carpet is clean and fresh, the service was just as described - professional and friendly. The technician was prompt, very friendly, answered my questions and did a fantastic job (including following my "direction" while I dealt with my barking dog!) I also received the advance calls just as described to me when I arranged the service (they also called both of my numbers that I provided to ensure I would receive notification/updates). I would highly recommend using Zerorez; I am planning on scheduling more services to clean my grout and furniture!

Our carpets came incredibly clean. I know Zerorez will never be able to get them looking exactly like new (or like the carpet that lives under the furniture :) ) but my home looks refreshed and ready for Spring. Thank you.

The quality of the carpet cleaning is the most important thing I like about Zerorez service. Second is willingness to return if there are post-cleaning problems. Third is ease in scheduling. Last, but in no way least, it's a palindrome!

Jeff was very thoughtful when he saw that we were painting the walls. He didn't want any of the dirt to blow onto the paint. He did his best and didn't get any dirt on the paint. I was there alone with him and He was very respectful to me. He answered all my questions on how the process works. He was very thorough and cleaned up after himself well.

The empowered water was wonderful for me to not have the chemical or soap smell while still getting out all of my tough stains making my carpet look great and super clean

The biggest thing was the appt window. Said between 3-6 they showed up at 305, didnt keep me waiting. They came in, very courteous, very professional very efficient. My carpets look amazing. Wi) definitely be using zerorez again
