the service was quick. The carpets look good. The technician was friendly and helpful. The carpet got several bumps when wet that concerned me but went away when dry-you might want to let people know that that could happen. I didn't totally freak out right away but someone else might!

friendly neat service person, I was happy with the carpet cleaning I just wasn't sure why the tech didn't clean the bathroom grout that is locatd between the edge floor tile and the wall bull nose tile. I had to do that myself. Otherwise very satisfied.
