Your company was referred to me by a friend. Dylan was a hard worker. He did a great job on the carpet and sofa. Both are beige and older--we are glad they turned out so well. Especially like the plastic cover gizmo that he put on the front door to keep the bugs outside and most of the heat inside. This has not been our experience with other companies.

Terrific customer service. That is VERY hard to find today. Zerorez is one of the few exceptions. Also appreciate the full-service nature of your services. Completely forgot about your tile cleaning until my service technician mentioned it. They added it to my services and my tile looks great! The technician also told me about your car detailing service for upholstery cleaning, and I plan to schedule that for the spring. Great service, great technicians and great outcome. THANK YOU!
