We had both duct cleaning and carpet cleaning done on the same day. The Zerorez employees were very knowledgeable about their respective services and explained the procedures and pricing thoroughly. The carpets look great and were not left soaking wet. Everything was dry within 24 hours. We are repeat customers because they offer great services and their employees are very professional.

After an initial bad experience, we were hesitant to try again. We had a lovely young man come and he worked his butt off for us. He got our couch very clean, and the carpet looks fantastic. I know its hard to estimate pricing over the phone, but it was just as I was quoted, which I greatly appreciate. We'll continue to use ZR as long as you continue to provide excellent service.
