The service personal we have had the opportunity to meet have been very courteous and professional. We have been very pleased with the service and the job done on the carpet in our home and the 2 area rugs we had Zerorez clean for us.

Complete transparency and very upfront/straightforward with condition of carpet and pricing. Told me what was available and if I said "no" that was respected. I truly appreciate your sales tactic. Proper equipment to keep door open without letting bugs in or pets out, blankets to keep floors protected, and slippers on shoes. Came in, spoke about what was needed to be done, got the job done, cleaned up and left. I was able to continue to work from home without being interrupted. Odett (spelling???) did a FANTASTIC job and was extremely professional. We are very happy and look forward to working with Zerorez again!

What do you like about our products and services?

The technician was on time, efficient, knowledgeable about the product and service, pleasant. My carpet looks brand new, and nothing is triggering my allergies and sensitivity to chemical agents. I am very happy I used Zerorez to clean my carpets !
