Our technician, Kevin, was amazing. He restored our older upstairs carpet to "almost new" color and cleaned two club chairs that we love until they look nearly new - all with friendly, competent professionalism. Before we knew about Zerorez, we had other "top ranking" carpet cleaning companies; but, they never had professionals with the knowledge and products that produce results like this. I'm not easily impressed, but Zerorez is well worth recommending.
