I do feel however that some of your services are priced a little high especially if the home is prepared per your request (moved furniture, vacuumed, and for some of us minimal staining or abuse.
All spots and odors were removed, carpet looked new again. Everything was fully explained and all questions answered. Extremely friendly service man, did a very thorough job.

Our carpet did not smell like chemicals after cleaning. As a matter of fact, we had urine spots from our dog and we did not have any smell after Juan treated the spots and extracted.

The knowledgeable technician was what I appreciated most. My only reservation about the services was my end cost. I did need services for biologicas and was glad to have it done. However, I thought the price I paid was outrageous. I cannot imagine the products used cost as much as I paid.
The appointment was easy to make, with lots of available dates & times. We were given a window of time that worked for us and then got a call 15 minutes before they were to arrive. It was all very professional and our carpets now looks great!
