Refreshingly clean carpet. Before the tech's visit, I thought the carpet looked mostly okay, with the exception of a few places, but the entire carpet is 50% brighter in color now. It's great to enter my home and just smell the clean. Technician Heilen was focused, efficient, professional and courteous; she's a credit to your team, so please triple her pay! :-) All my coworkers and friends are hearing about Zerorez.
