Nathan was extremely knowledgable and professional. They took the time to make sure all parts of the home were protected from any damage as well as prevention of tracking in dirt from the outside. He took the time to answer all my questions. You could tell he enjoys his job and is very eager to please. It's rare to find great customer service these days and I felt he took it to the highest level. He didn't try to upset in the least bit although after he answered questions of mine I added on when I didn't expect to but was happy with my decision.

The cleaning service provided by Zerorez was very good. However, this service was NOT setup for a my personal home. This service was set up by Jasen Ouellette for a customer of Elite Exteriors Inc. When calling to set up the service, Jasen explained that this was NOT for his personal residence but for a business. He provided HIS cell phone number Phone number removed & work number Phone number removed, the woman booking the appointment told him that since his account was already up she would just add it to his PERSONAL account. He again explained that this was NOT for his personal residence but a customer of Elite Exteriors Inc and provided his cell number & work number. On April 18th, 2016 at 2:49pm I, Name removed Ouellette received a phone call on my cell phone reminding me of my upcoming Zerorez carpet cleaning. I then contacted Jasen Ouellette letting him know that Zerorez had called to remind me of our appointment. Jasen then called Zerorez letting them know that the number called was not right as this appointment was NOT for our personal residence but for a customer of Elite Exteriors Inc. They apologized and again took the correct numbers for the technician to call before arriving for the appointment. Today, April 20th 2016 at 11:11 Alex the technician for Zerorz called Name removed Ouellette's cell phone letting her know he was about 10 to 15 minutes from arriving for the scheduled service. Name removed then called Jasen to let him know that the Zerorz technician had called and would be arriving for the service. After Alex called Name removed's cell phone he then called Jasen's cell phone to let him know that he would be arriving at the service. AFTER the service was completed a Zerorez Minneapolis Transaction Confirmation, XID:Phone number removed3 email was sent to Email address removed addressed to Holly Vogen, who is the co-owner of Elite Exteriors, Inc. Listing the transaction detail and the Customer Name as Holly Vogen with an address that she does not live at and the Ouellette's no longer live at with Name removed Ouellette's phone number and email address. A second email with the invoice was then received at Name removed Ouellette's personal email, Email address removed the only thing correct on the invoice is the Service Address as this was NOT a personal cleaning for Name removed & Name removed. The billing address is incorrect as well as the names listed for the billing, the phone number and the email address are all wrong. This service was for Elite Exteriors Inc out of Burnsville NOT Name removed & Name removed in Champlin. Would I recommend Zerorez to a friend or business, I would but only because the cleaning is done well. The rest of this experience has not been good.

I loved that my team suggested to have my area rug cleaned and handled everything from a quote to scheduling a pick up (which happened within a few hours). My sectional looks great! The men were prompt, polite and professional.

Zerorez gets the carpet looking great without the chemicals. We had a few stains from our dog and Mike got the stains out! We also sent our area rugs out to get cleaned.
