Excellent phone service and prompt appointment scheduling. Plus, your representatives that performed the cleaning were prompt, communicated all phases of the process extremely well and took great care when cleaning, checking for spots, protecting our furniture and walls and were very timely for arrival and completion.

Also we prefer your product that has no soap or chemical residue. The only improvement would be the reduction of the orange/citrus smell when the first spray was used. It is very strong and if we were not able to open all windows, it would of been more of an issue. For those with sensitivity, this could be a major problem. At the very least, this should be informed during the the first phone call. The representatives did a good job of informing before they started cleaning, but that is a little late.

Technician was on time. Was friendly and took care to protect tile and hardwood floors and door jams from damage from cleaning hoses.

The price was reasonable. The carpet service was outstanding. But most importantly, the employees from the woman who responded to my web inquiry to the guys who came out and did the service, were amazing. One of the best experiences dealing with a company for anything.
