The service was superb! Owen was kind, caring and made sure we were completely satisfied with the entire process. He even spent time explaining to us what he was doing and how that would clean our carpet. After going over the carpet he insisted we look it over and tell him where we'd like for him to go over again. He was super helpful and informative.
