Our situation was relative to the duct work. There was need of replacing a A2000 filter that had problems; Dennis quickly responded and made an immediate service appointment to replace the filter - I appreciated the was the need was managed and the care given by the technician that came to the house to make the replacement.
I intend to call and make an appointment for carpet cleaning next.

My Mother's house smelled so fresh and clean, even after many years of her little dog having accidents and us attempting to clean them up. When I called for the appointment, the scheduler went out of her way to get us set up ASAP, even checking for an earlier time. Zach came out two days later; he was professional, giving us the best advice for our situation, and delightful! He is an asset to Zerorez. This cleaning has allowed us to move ahead with other things that need to be done at the house. A++++++++++
I immediately noticed a difference in my carpet -it appeared lighter and smelled fresh. There was a lingering wet dog odor prior to Zerorez cleaning and it is now completely gone, which is a huge relief!
