Easy to make appointment for a time that suits me. Like the way you gave me a 3 hour time frame a day or two ahead of appointment, then Chris called shortly before arriving.
Chris did an excellent job of cleaning some VERY DIRTY stairs, plus getting up a couple of tough spots in other areas. Thought the entire area that was cleaned looked great when he finished.
Liked that he wore protective covers on his shoes. Like the "corner protector" that he put so hose would not damage the post on the stairway.
Liked that there was no leftover fragrance or odor after the job was finished.

The technicians came and determined that the cat had ruined the carpet. They could easily have cleaned it and charged me hundreds of dollars, but they were honest and did not do that. I was impressed with their integrity.

Carpet cleaning has been excellent. This time I thought I needed the air ducts cleaned due to so much dust in the house. They had been cleaned 18 months ago. The techs that came checked duct work and did not think it was necessary, showing me pics. We did purchase the furnace filter they recommended. I appreciate their honesty.

For the record- I declined because I was moving and didn't want to spend money on that house. I will certainly use your services at my new address.
