Complete transparency and very upfront/straightforward with condition of carpet and pricing. Told me what was available and if I said "no" that was respected. I truly appreciate your sales tactic. Proper equipment to keep door open without letting bugs in or pets out, blankets to keep floors protected, and slippers on shoes. Came in, spoke about what was needed to be done, got the job done, cleaned up and left. I was able to continue to work from home without being interrupted. Odett (spelling???) did a FANTASTIC job and was extremely professional. We are very happy and look forward to working with Zerorez again!

I appreciated the offer to purchase ZEROREZ cleaning product. I learned what I was using to treat my carpet was NOT helping but making the carpet resist cleaning! The product certainly is more economical as well!

I have used Zerorez several times in the pasts five years and it's always been positive. Good results on carpeting that has occasional stains and wear from 20 years. Always pleased with the results in high traffic areas. Staff arrive on time, ask good questions, explain the process, and are efficient.

First off Nick Berg, the technician was excellent! He explained everything about your products, was very pleasant and worked very hard to address the issues with our carpet. He was not able to get everything out due to a wear pattern that had developed but it looks so much better. He also provided suggestions to minimize further damage to our rug. Love the citrus smell of your products which is pleasant and does not have that harsh chemical smell. Per Nick's recommendation, I sent 2 area rugs to be cleaned and bought the spot cleaner and zero stink products. He explained the products well and is a great salesman in addition to a technician!
You guys did a beautiful job cleaning our three old and valuable wool rugs. They look great and were in beautiful condition when returned.
