We are so appreciative of Eric, who came to clean our carpets the day before we moved in to our new house. He kept me apprised of what he was doing the whole time (by text), and even performed a complimentary spray of our garage...the previous owners smoked in it. It really worked, and we'll definitely use Zero Rez again!

I like that the Zerorez process gets carpet clean without leaving residue. Excellent customer service as well. When our carpeting was originally cleaned, new spots emerged and when I called Zerorez to let them know, the customer service rep immediately helped me to reschedule a follow-up cleaning. After my follow-up cleaning these spots were gone and the serviceman who came out actually recleaned our stairs which I hadn't indicated needed to be recleaned but he noticed on his own that they had a few spots (that were our own fault after the initial cleaning) and took care of that for us. I would definitely recommend Zerorez to others. They do great work.

Lauren was very personal and great! She took the time to give me a few recommendations for things I can do between cleanings to keep our carpet looking great. All the customer service we received before our appointment was impeccable. I docked one point because I do wish the service was a little cheaper, but I would recommend Zerorez to my family and friends.

I've used Zerorez in the past and thought it was ok. I needed some carpets cleaned in a hurry so decided to try again. I was very surprised and pleased with the job my technician (Ryan?) did. No smell. No sticky residue in the carpets when it's done. Knowledgeable cleaners who know what they are doing to get stains out when you don't even know what the stain is. Our carpet is 23 years old, and, in part due to regular cleaning, doesn't look it.
