I love your service but I still have an issue with the chair that they tried to fix once. Can someone call me to set up an appointment with someone who is an expert at getting something that looks like mold out of my chair? It came up after our last cleaning.

The two men who came to my home were very friendly, professional, and helpful. It was the best team I have had come. I like having 2 people teams come. This time, I was able to have my husband help me move most of the furniture, but in the past, I have needed some help and the two person team really helps with that. They offered and explained additional services, but did not pressure. I was already spending nearly 300 and appreciated not being pressured to spend more.

Peter did an amazing job! He was able to get here even earlier than the scheduled time, which worked well with our schedule. He was given a tour and explained all details about what he will be doing. He answered all of our questions and was very knowledgeable about the whole process.

Peter then went to work, and let me say, he did such an outstanding job! Our carpets look brand new (no idea how old our main level carpet is) and the tile on the bathroom floor is so much brighter due to being CLEAN! We felt we got a terrific bargain with Zerorez!
