The technician, Juan, surpassed my wildest expectations of having carpets look decent again. Not only did he successfully remove the horrible new stains but somehow made the lingering stains almost disappear - I keep looking at the carpets in disbelief! Professional, knowledgeable, courteous - efficient but took time to listen to my concerns.

The gentleman arrived on time. Walked me through the process and was very straightforward. He finished quickly and my carpet is nice and clean and has no odors or fumes. Great job.

I wasn't completely satisfied after the first cleaning. Once Zerorez knew that, they called and came back to make it right. I was blown away by the customer service and thought they did an excellent job.

The young man who came out was professional and very courteous. I would recommend him to my neighbors and friends and he did a wonderful job on my carpet. I will request him when I get my carpets done in the fall.
