Products are geared for homes with pets and smell good, service was great. They arrived on time...Sara and her assistant...and Sara explained everything in detail. We had to be in and out all morning but were comfortable in leaving them in our home. We have 2 dogs and they were good with them. At one point they had to put them in the garage so they could get their work done but Sara's assistant ( sorry, I can't remember the boy's name) took them for a walk while Sara finished up, which was great. They left cleaning supplies and a coupon and Sara explained how the cleaners worked. When we move into our new home I will request Sara to come out again. They did a really good job and we have gotten a lot of compliments on the fresh, nice carpet from our realtors. Sara is very personable and explained everything in detail. Very good at her job and our carpets (all 1500 sq. ft of it) look wonderful.

Service personnel was very straight forward on the services that he was going to perform and the expected outcome we could expect. We were very happy with how good our carpets looked after the cleaning was completed. We will be using Zerorez again in the future for our carpet cleaning needs.

Professional services and Glenn explained very well how to take care of rooms after carpet cleaning. Rugs are now cleaner, brighter and no residue or crunchy carpets!

Henry did an awesome job! He was very knowledgeable about the process and let me know all that you have to offer. He didn't try to up sell me on anything which was nice. He worked very hard and my carpet looks fantastic! I would highly recommend Zerorez and Henry specifically to my friends, family and co-workers.

Sarah and Josh were amazing, knowledgable, and professional. While ZeroRez is quite expensive, and we can't take advantage of all the services due to the high cost, we are grateful and completely satisfied with our carpet cleaning.

The service is excellent. Derrick did a great job and was very thorough.

It was very quick to get scheduled, the price was great and the service was fabulous - Joe was amazing. The only complaint I have was that the carpet was kind of crunchy after it dried. I assume it will go away with vacuuming, but I would have appreciated a heads up.

Matt did a fabulous job on my old carpet using the machine from the truck. A year ago I had the portable unit as I am on the third floor and the cleaning didn't seem as thorough. I like that there is no cleaning spell left behind.

We have had Zerorez several times before and have been satisfied with the service. But this last time the service was excellent. The technicians did an awesome job on our 20'year old carpet. The carpet has never looked so good. I only wish we would have gotten the fiber protection. I will use your service again and will gladly tell my friends and co workers of my satisfaction.
