This was the third time I have had Zerorez clean my carpets. I have always bee extremely pleased with the results. We have a dog who sometimes has accidents, and the stains and odor are gone! Mike, my technician, was friendly and efficient. I can't say enough good about Zerorez.

Kevin did a phenomenal job I have used zerorez for several years now and couldn't believe they could do a better job but Kevin far surpassed any cleaning that I had done before I had been told by previous cleaners that they could not get rid of the gray dust that was around my baseboards Kevin got rid of every bit of it I am going to recommend him to everyone that I recommend zerorez to. Please commend Kevin on his incredible job. In addition to all of that the personal qualities and his sincerity and kindness and wanted to do a great job was far and above all your cleaners should have his dedication and professionalism

The spots disappear after you clean carpets

The two service technicians, Caleb and David, were very professional and knowledgeable. They called to inform us that they were slightly delayed due to traffic. They were very polite and introduced themselves when they arrived. They worked efficiently to complete the cleaning quickly. The carpet looked great when they were finished and they gave us guidelines about the timeline for use.

The ability to have rugs, linoleum, and carpet cleaned all at once is great. I enjoy the service technicians, as they know their craft well, and are always very nice and polite. My floors look wonderful after Zerorez leaves, and the less "chemically" (if that's a word) we can be, the better. I don't use harsh chemicals and do not approve of using them on my floors because of our health concerns. I have no fears of letting my daughter or pets play on the carpet after it's dry. My house smells wonderful...the list goes on!

Mark and Joe were friendly and very professional, asking all of the right questions to make sure our carpet and stairs were treated properly.

The person that came to clean was very polite and very knowlegable. He was really down to business and did not waste any time. The only thing I did not like was the fact that the phone person did not tell me that the delivery for my orintanel rug was 30.00 and the minimum charge was $99.00

I really liked the tech, Owen. He was very friendly and helpful. He explained the whole process, what could happen with the stains, and was very detailed and clear about the cost and any add ons.

The appointment was easy to schedule. The technician showed up on time, explained the services & other options available and efficiently got right to work. About half way through the living room carpet and through the tile work, he stopped so I could see the difference he was making. It truly was amazing. He was really excited and enjoyed making this improvement for us.
