"Ryan" did a good job as far as I can tell. The carpet is a Berber...almost 20 yrs. old and looks great now that he's done. He was very good about explaining your product and carrying out his job. Thank you. But I would appreciate not getting emails all the time now that it's done. Thank you.

Outstanding job!! From both of your employees, they were professional, polite, courteous, very hard working and understanding of our needs. My wife has been diagnosed with cancer, infact she was at the hospital, when your star employees came to help us with our home. It's now safe for my wife to be home and get back on her feet to fight for her life. Thank you form the bottom of my heart.
To Matt and Aaron, you treated our family, like it was yours. I will never forget what you said and done for us.

suggestions for on-going care, including cautionary advice on certain types of vacuum
