He explained everything upfront, apologized for being late and was exemplary in every area. The carpets looked and smelled fresh and clean when finished. Explained to me the difference in spot cleaners without bad-mouthing what I was using, just explained further how to use the product I had to get better results. However I did purchase the zerorez spot cleaner as I felt it would be an easier product to use. Thanks zerorez. Will, and have already recommended you to others.

We have always had prompt, professional service from Zerorez. The operators have always been knowledgeable, efficient, and courteous, plus our carpets look terrific. We had some daunting stains the last time we called Zerorez, and crossed our fingers that they would come out. The results were, frankly, amazing.
