Zerorez was out for residential carpet cleaning. They arrived on time and we're very informative of when the technician will arrive. Upon arrival the technician was very professional, listened to instructions and requests and did a very good job. Upon completion, a few days later when the carpet dried I noticed in the basement family room I had some issues with some of the carpet. I called back to Zerorez, they sent another technician a few days later, and redid the family room at no charge. Both the first technician Billy and the second technician Henry were courteous, professional and thorough. I will continue to recommend Zerorez to friends and family.

He explained why some carpet spots would not be totally gone due to wear. All in all, my carpets look much better.
