Had Julius and Nelson out to clean our furnace and ac ducts. As we had moved to a new location and we had never had forced air in our adult lives, I was not sure what to expect. Technicians were very good and personable and stuck to the price we were quoted on the phone. I asked Julius how often ducts should be cleaned and he told me three to four years which seem like an honest answer. We contact you again when we need your services.

Did a good job. On time. Was surprised one person could handle moving the furniture. Some pieces were quite heavy. Left no mess. Put wood furniture on Styrofoam to avoid staining. Pleased with the results.

Everything was as advertised and explained....even better re technician! Taylor was outstanding! He called and arrived ahead of schedule, went through the house with us, explained the entire process, and answered all of our questions. He is a hard worker and a great representative of Zerorez!! The entire process is well done, the carpeting is nice and clean (like new), and there is no smell in the house. We definitely recommend Zerorez.

Your technicians always do a great job - they are professional, knowledgeable and have integrity. This is the second time I've used Zerorez and I could not be more pleased. I was going to have air ducts and carpets cleaned, but ended up only having the carpets because the air ducts didn't need it! I can't tell you how much I appreciated the honest assessment from the air duct tech (I think his name was Dave) - saving me the time and money this time around since I didn't need the service means I will definitely contact Zerorez in the future when I do. The carpets also turned out great - the look like new! I'm also really grateful that you guys work weekends - it works so much better with my schedule. Thank you!

Our carpets came out so clean and smelled so fresh, without the harsh chemicals . The staff was friendly, fast and very knowledgeable about the products and the cleaning process.

Arrived on time with early notification. Technician was very professional and pleasant. Technician also very thorough in going over what each element of cleaning would cost prior to performing the work. Work was done quickly and the results were very good.
