Quick response time-thorough and professional

I called Zerorez because our carpet had spots and stains practically everywhere, and I had guests coming over in three days. Our technician, Henry, arrived when promised, sealed a tarp over our screen door, and wore protection over his shoes. When he asked if we wanted a protective product on the carpet, I mentioned that I had heard that those rarely work. He described the method they use and what steps to take after he uses the protective product, which is much better than they have been in the past.

He was very professional, friendly, and pleasant to have here. I was absolutely stunned that he had gotten all the spots out of the carpet.

However, about a day later, a red spot appeared on the carpet. I blotted it with a damp towel, but could not remove it.

Is it possible for you to send Henry, or another technician to come and take a look at it?

Shawn was very helpful and explained all of the steps very well. He went out of his way to help me - had a very bad experience with the previous carpet cleaning company and he was so willing to make this experience exceptional - which it was!!

I have been impressed by the technicians that work with Zerorez. Especially for this time, I appreciated the good work and the pleasant attitude of Devin Milton, who was sent from another large job to clean the carpets for my mother's townhouse, due to some mix-up in scheduling. He worked after normal hours without complaining, and he was very respectful and cordial. Devin represented your company very well. I hope that you have a tangible way of recognizing his good work!

One thing that is bothersome - your telephone system makes it difficult to reach areas after the scheduling has been done. Option #1 - "if you know your party's extension", which is usually unknown! Options #2 and #3 do not relate, if you have already scheduled residential or commercial work. This has been my only disappointment with Zerorez.

They Called me ahead of time to let me know they were on way and technician was great in telling me about my carpet and also professional in cleaning it.

The tech, Dom was wonderful. Very professional. Polite, took the time to explain the
cleaning process. Worked on trouble areas of the carpet without any problem. He did a great
job! We couldn't believe how beautiful all the carpets throughout our home looked when Dom
was finished.
