Like no soap residue left in the carpet. Got out the two stains from spilled drinks. Dryed fast with no smell. The service man was efficient, friendly and explained the product.

The technician, I think his name was Lucky or Lefty I don't remember, came in tracking mud. I pointed this out to him and he said, " That's why I'm here." No no no, just kidding. He was very professional. He put booties on and went on to explain everything in detail. He did a fabulous job, better than I expected. Kudos to him and your company. Highly recommend your service.

I was very impressed that an invoice which was given to me at the beginning of my service was honored at the end, even though the final invoice was quite a bit higher. And, our area rug looks and smells great!

The technicians were professional, courteous, mindful of our pets and were able to answer our questions. One of the technicians was in "training" and he will do very well when out on his own. Robert the Senior Tech was doing a great job in directing his trainee. He answered all of our questions promptly.

The guy who did our carpets, (Jack) was extremely knowledgeable, professional, friendly, willing to work with me. He was enthusiastic about his job and I could tell he was doing a really thorough job.

He was excited to be able to get stains out of our carpet. :-)

Eric was great. Very friendly effiecent and on time! Only problem was getting a call back to book an appointment. It took them over 24 hours to call back. I almost had to move on. Which I didn't want to do as two people had recommended you. Carpets look great.
