The carpet cleaning works and stays clean longer than any other service or DIY I have used! The carpets dry in a very reasonable amount of time! The business sticks to their appointment and there is no hassle with receiving services. Great communication close to appointment date and on day of appointment. Zerorez has improved communication about charges where a couple years ago, discussion about charges/prices was vague.
