The only drawback was the length of time that the couches took to dry - 24 hours and where the arm rests overlap was still damp. The carpet and couches look like new and smell great - new puppy urine smell completely gone!

Billy did a great job, but it seemed so unfair that both of us waited much of the afternoon for a part for the water connection. When I asked about how often this happens, he said fairly regularly. If that is the case, I think they should carry the spare part with them.
He was here for 3 and a half hours, for a cleaning that only took about 30 minutes. That just seems wrong to me. Also, it delayed the drying process for that long as well. I didn't know that I wouldn't have access to the rooms for 24 hours. I think someone should have mentioned that when I made the appointment.
Other than that, it is really nice to have clean carpet!

I like that there are no chemicals, unless pre-treating areas and there is no obvious odor.

Josh did a fantastic job cleaning our carpets and providing outstanding customer service. He was knowledgeable, courteous, and readily answered our questions about the services the company offered.
