Scheduling an appointments was easy. The technician did a wonderful job of cleaning our carpets and bathroom tile. We had a couple of spots that needed extra attention and he was able to make it much better. Zerorez is good about letting you know up front how to prepare the site and this helped in having it ready for our technician so that the job was completed in a positive timely manner.
I just wanted to let you know that the gentleman that did our carpet cleaning did a wonderful job. He was courteous, and it was obvious to me that he worked hard to do the best job possible.

Effective, family- and earth-friendly products and services
1. Quick response to pick up my mid-sized area "art" rug.
2. Excellent information from gentlemen who picked up the rug
3. Rug was returned exactly on the date requested
4. The rug was cleaner than it was when new.... it was perfectly cleaned and being an "art", hand tied, 100% wool rug, there was no color bleed or other "damage" from the cleaning process.
