Very friendly technicians who explained in detail the entire process. I had pet stains from a terminally ill pet. The stains came out and has always been the case with Zerorez, the 17-year-old carpet looks brand new.

The lead tech,Heilen, was fabulous. She educated me , worked on heavy soiled areas, moved furniture{ don't know how she did that by herself}. She was friendly, knowledgeable , carefull and efficient.
