Jamal, the service provider, was very professional. My carpets were cleaned better than last year by one of your team members, and he was kind and helpful. Even when I pushed him and asked him to clean a rug that was on a wooden floor - which I was fairly certain was against your policy - he held steady and said he couldn't do it, but did so in a way that was professional and kind, and helped me move the rug out of the house so that he could take it back and get it cleaned at your shop, which was his suggested alternative. I know it will cost me money to do it when I was hoping he could do it while there, but he stayed true to your company's policies in a respectful and professional way.
Spots came out that I didn't think would. Technician was so nice!
On this appointment Caleb re-cleaned a stain that another recent cleaning brought up. Both times this stain was treated the tech really seemed to want to get it removed. Like it was a pride point or something. Employees have a great attitude.
The techs take the time to do the job. Never any indication of them being rushed. They go over anything you'd like in as much detail as you'd like.
