We’ve used Zerorez at least 5 times in this house for cleaning carpets, vents and ducts and furniture. I trust them to take care of our house and treat the carpet for our pets. Since the dogs are older now, they are having more accidents. When they get done with the carpets, the only thing they leave behind is dampness since they use water and steam to clean rather than a bunch of shampoo that gets left behind. It just feels cleaner under our feet. Their work has allowed us to maintain the original carpet in our house and saved us money by not having to replace it and get more life out of it. It is just another investment in our house to have them take care of us.

We haven't used Zerorez in several years and our first time back didn't go very smooth. Our initial appointment was scheduled for for August 7th sometime between 12:00 and 3:00pm. When it got close to 3:00 pm I called to see if he was on the way and received no info. I called several more times between 3 and 4 with no good updates. Finally the tech showed up at 4:20 but I had a business meeting at 5:00 so I told Joe we'd have to reschedule. Pretty upsetting because we had all the furniture moved. I talked to Joe who was very nice and asked if we could reschedule and we agreed on August 17th and he promised a big discount and he would be the one doing the cleaning. When Zerorez showed up at 9:30 it wasn't Joe and had to reexplain all the details.
I got a measly 20% discount for all the trouble and then on the invoice they overcharged me by $25.00.
So not the best experience.

I like that they are a bit flexible with what they will clean. They will try to upsell you on some items, but they do a good job of explaining why and they will take “no” for an answer. They are on time and efficient.
