There was a communication problem when I spoke with the scheduling person, however. She didn't ask if we had hallways to clean, which we did. I'm guessing that many people do. So we had to pay a little more than expected.

Efficient and effective
We were getting our house ready to sell, and we needed our carpets cleaned. Zerores got us on the books very quickly. They sent an email reminder for when our appointment was. The Technician we had was on time , courteous and very efficient. We were very pleased with the cleaning, and will use them again if needed.
The gentleman was on time, explained everything in clear context and was polite and easy to work with. He did a fantastic job. I apologize, I can’t remember his name.
