I have contacted your call center twice requesting a callback regarding carpet damage caused by your cleaning service, but I have not received any response.
Your team has visited twice in an attempt to fix the issue; however, the damage has not been resolved. At this point, the carpet needs to be replaced.
I expect Zero to take responsibility for the damage and cover the cost of replacement. Please contact me promptly to confirm how you will proceed with resolving this matter.

Extremely satisfied with Zerorez! We had used other carpet cleaning companies in the past and were not happy with the outcome. Steven promptly communicated, gave advance notice on his arrival and walked through the entire process. Their process leaves the carpet not as wet and aftercare is easily explained. Also, the pricing is very transparent

I think zerorez does a better job than the other companies I've had do carpet cleaning. They did more steps and seemed to take more time to clean well vs. go as fast as possible. Employee was very professional and focused on making me happy.

The ZeroRez technician Allen, is so knowledgeable about the cleaning of our carpets. Allen told me everything he was going to do as we did the walkthrough of the rooms, any concerns I had with those areas. When he was finished with those rooms he asked me to check the carpet to see if I was satisfied fifth the cleaning.
I definitely will use ZeroRez again and ask specifically for Allen.
