Prompt response time. However, your tip page o the device is ridiculous. Option of tip percent of 15, 20, and 25% is even more ridiculous. A tip of $54, 72’ or 90 for a one hour service is laughable. Your tech was terrific. I tipped her $20.

Everything about the process was quick and easy. The work was completed on time and was very well done.
Brennen Erickson came to our office last Saturday. He cleaned all of our office's carpets. He had spent time getting out all of the stains that we embedded in the carpet. He got them all out and our carpet looks new again. He had taken time to explain what he was doing and answered all of my questions.

Seems to do a good job without a lot of soap. Will wait to see how long it stays clean looking. Don’t get carpet cleaned often but do have a light color carpet.
