You did a great job. It's more expensive than other places, and I don't typically recommend carpet cleaners to anyone.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

Scheduling was a joke. After it was told to me that the truck could not make it. I was also told that I had to wait one week for an appointment. Even after I explained that my house was upside down and I was ready for the carpet to be cleaned. The next day when the man arrived mind you outside the time frame given to me but in the end the work was good. Just the office people need some help to deal with people.

The technician, Dennis Kennedy, was very pleasant. He explained everything to us and made some very helpful suggestions. The carpet look better now than when it was installed. The area carpet looks great too.The tile cleaning is fantastic. Very please with the work and service.

What could we do to improve?

Give the customer the best deal available on the date. The promotion I heard on the radio the day of the service would have saved me $60. Dennis, the technician who did the work, was very professional and personable.

Hi Zerorez,
I would like you to know that I was totaly pleased with Georges profssional service. My husband and I sat right there and watched our couches get cleaned. There were no short cuts and they turned out beautiful. They looked and smelled like new. I would recommend zerorez and George to anyone.

Every attempt was made to remove spots from the carpet. I would say I was 90% satisfied. Professional service. Very thorough. Employee, respectful and polite. I would recommend Zerorez to anyone interested in using the variety of services you provide. I am a satisfied customer and intend to use the service again. Thank you.

The first man who cleaned our rugs just before Christmas did not do a good job.....carpet not clean and very wet.....the fellow who came back later to make it right did a fantastic job ....cleaner than it's ever been!!!!
Sorry I did not get back to you earlier as I should of and sorry I didn't have him redo the small rugs over ...tell him I am very pleased and thank him...
