We used to have a spotless carpet with the older (bigger) trucks. We usually get a stain or two that ghosts back now though after a few days.

Great product.....my 20 year old carpet looks brand new after a Zerorez cleaning. And excellent work of the technician, Robert, who works very hard to get out all of the spots.

i feel like you were a bit deceiving in your advertisement and quotes. I have used zerorez 2 times before and recommended you to many people. This was very disappointing and i will not be returning!

Huge blood stain came up but I liked that he said he would come back, no cost, if the stain came back! Also loved the guy who came to service us. I think his name was Brian. Several of my friends had recommended you. Glad I called you! Have a merry Christmas!
