Your employees are clean cut and look professional and not sloppy. They are very friendly. It does not take that long. There is no strong chemical smell.

first time we used Zerorez and the jury is still out, the rug look great, the carpet was so badly stained I do hope the stains are gone.....liked the competence of the service man...good looking also...

Easy to schedule our appointment, the guy who cleaned our carpets did a great job and was very nice, very thorough, carpet was dry by the next day, even on a rainy day, just good overall. We will use you again!
