Carpet is clean and soft. Technician was polite and helpful. Only 1 tech so husband and I had to move our own furniture. That was a bummer because husband has a bad back. Otherwise carpet looks great and we were very satisfied with carpet. You should let customers know about furniture moving so they are prepared. Thanks very much!

Robert was incredible. He treated our carpet and stone tiles as if they were his own. Incredibly dedicated and hard working. He told me he enjoyed coming to work (and it sounded like he worked long days) and I believe him!!

Robert Keith did a beautiful job cleaning all the carpet in my house, and also a 20-year old club chair that looks like new. Knowing there are no harmful chemicals being used, was a relief to me and my 2 little dogs. I will certainly share Zerorez with friends and family.
How clean the carpet feels after it is done....no slick residue. Also, thought you technician was excellent
