First try a few weeks ago did not work out so well. Carpets were soaked, 3 days later were still wet, and pretty much all the dirt was still there. Hoping the soaking did not ruin the backing on the carpet. Second try much better, mostly clean but with a few streaks of dirt still present in what looked like residual dirty water. Third time it came out great, and carpets dried in 2 days.
Extremely well done. We will have you back again.

As usual, Robert was OUTSTANDING. He showed up on time, was exceptionally pleasant and did a wonderful job cleaning my carpets. He was very careful with the hoses and cleaning equipment not to damage mouldings or my wood floors. I've been using Zerorez for the past 4 years and wouldn't think about using another carpet cleaning company. Robert is an outstanding employee, thank you. Bob-Irvine

The carpet looks great and our tile floors look great would definitely recommend Zerorez to others but unfortunately the cat urine smell is coming back. There were no guarantees on the smell which I totally understood because I chose not to peel back the carpet, I was just hoping for a miracle.
Sam arrived on time, was very efficient and did a great job cleaning our carpets. We look forward to having him back in the future.
