The technician(Dennis)was very thorough and explained the Zerorez process and specifics related to our carpets. He showed up on time, worked hard and efficient and was very pleasant. Our carpets look great.

I was very pleased with the work that was done in the rooms that I wanted the carpets cleaned.
After a few days I noticed some spots that was due to either a drink that was spilled or some food
that had dropped and left a stain. Since it is in a place that is between a table and a favorite
chair, it is not so noticeable. I can live with it for the moment. Next time I will point it out.
The serviceman was patient, explained the process and made recommendations. The cleaning was done quickly and the results are excellent.
