My carpet is always so clean after your treatment. I was also noticing this morning how soft my carpet is when I walk on it.
Quality of the cleaning as well as cleaning the scatter/throw rugs.
My only suggestion is narrowing down the window of time estimate for arrival. Four hour window is a little vague an difficult to plan for.
Zerorez gets my carpet cleaner than any other carpet cleaning company. Much cleaner! Zerorez has gotten spots out that were left from previous cleanings. I'm a fan, even telling my co-workers than I sound like a commercial! I also appreciate the techs as each one has been courteous, timely, and professional in their attitude and service.
