Like that you don't use chemicals or sticky coating on carpets. Always on time and call before arriving. Courteous and clean up afterwards.
I love everything about Zerorez and would recommend them to anyone and everyone. It's easy to make an appointment...no long waiting time, technician is prompt, and carpet and stairs look and feel like new. We had a spot where our dog likes to sleep that got a pretty grungy. The tech said no problem and the spot is completely gone. Call them...you won't be disappointed!

Your initial quotes. The two rooms for $199 can be misleading on the total cost of the job. Also the charges for moving furniture - had i known in advance we could have moved the smaller items. Additionally the "travel" charge. Communicating these at the time of payment when the tech is onsite is not very professional. That is the 2nd time I have used you where this has occured.

Arrive on time! A hour and a half late. Supposed to be here at 8. At 8:30 I called the office and told he was almost there. He got there at 9:30, but I had to call and check.

The whole process was easy
I contacted you after listening to Bill Handel on KFI 640 radio. He said you could and would get pet urine stains and odors out. Didn't happen. And your technician said he wouldn't guarantee anything. And he didn't use or suggest something Bill Handle called the "claw" that was supposed to go deep and eliminate these stains and odors. I have had much better results from other carpet cleaners. If you want to come out and try it again, be my guest.

The tech didn't have the right tools for the job. Edge of stairs were left dirty, under stair rails and wall edges. Pool table room still has pet urine smell.
We are happy with the landing upstairs with exception to the wall crevice which the tech didn't have a tool for.

Representative was very nice and worked hard. Just wish the area at the top of our stairs came out cleaner. Perhaps it needs a re-do in that area. Please let me know.
I am extremely pleased with the service that Eduardo performed. He did the very first service that I had with Zerorez and my carpets looked fantastic. 6 months later I called for service and requested Eduardo. I was told that I would have to wait two weeks for him. I agreed to wait and two weeks later I received my service, BUT not from Eduardo. The carpets looked nice but not quite up to the look I had when Eduardo did the service. In January I again called for service and requested Eduardo. AGAIN, I did not get Eduardo. The job that I received in January was sub-par and very disappointing. If this had been my first service from Zerorez it would have been my last time using you. In January, after the service, we had a death in the family and I was busy dealing with that and did not take the time to follow up. When I booked this service, I insisted on Eduardo for my service. I am so happy with my carpets!! They look brand new. Just like they did after the first service from Eduardo.
I like that it dries very quickly in about 8 hours. Both times I used your services you arrived early which I love.
