We have been a Zerorez customer for many years. The technicians have always arrived within the scheduled appointment time, ready to get to work. They've all done a great job cleaning our carpets which is why we continue to be customers; however, the technician who arrived yesterday went above and beyond our expectations. Because we have Berber carpet, the drying time can take awhile. When my husband explained this, the technician said he would address this issue. Well, he was true to his word. He did such an excellent job extracting the water, our carpet drying time has been reduced dramatically. We are definitely impressed and hope he is recognized for the valuable employee he is. If we are able to request technicians, we hope he will be available the next time we call for service.

Your company should have record for repeat customers on how much hose is needed to reach a unit. Too much time can be wasted by a technician new to the area determining if he has sufficient hose to do the job.
