Customer Service was excellent as was Darren who cleaned my carpets. I appreciated that he called me 30 minutes before his expected arrival during the 2 hour window. He explained everything and wanted to know of any carpet areas of concern or anything when he was done that he could do to make the experience better (there wasn't). He was friendly to my senior dog. Of course I like the no soap residue which was the reason I selected your service (along with a neighbor's recommendation). Carpets were dry after only a couple hours. House smells nice and clean. I will use you again.

I love the product that your company uses. The soaking wet, sticky residue of other companies makes my carpets feel dirtier than when they came. Every Zerorez cleaner is very professional and work extra hard to make sure the job is done well.

Appointment was for 3-5. No one came or called until 6. My time is too valuable to wait for 3 hours without a phone call.

Our carpet has never been so clean. Zerorez removed stains that have been in our carpet for years, even after prior cleanings. And our tech was very personable, considerate, and efficient. I will definitely use Zerorez, and only Zerorez, for future carpet cleanings.

A couple of days after having my carpet cleaned I noticed that one spot (that had been particularly dirty) needed to be gone over again. The technician was back within two days to give it another go over and my carpet was perfect.

I liked the entire methodology of your process; not using soap, heating the water by using the drive to the customer's home, the water being highly alkaline - it's ecologically responsible and a more effective carpet cleaning than any I've had in the years I've gotten our carpets cleaned. I liked that there was no "up selling" & the philosophy of your company is to do the job the customer contracted but explain that other services (wood floor cleaning, tile & area rug cleaning) are also available

Friendly employee ( his name was Livingston) - the water cleanser seemed to clean well. Carpet was not crunchy after it dried like you get with sone conpanies
