Effectiveness of cleaning process

The receptionists with whom I made the appointments were professional and courteous (our carpets required a follow up appointment due to some streaking). The technician was prompt, courteous, efficient and diligent on both occasions. Although the cost was nearly double what we have paid in the past, the results were well worth it.

Be sure that your product dates have not expired and have technicians verify that the cleaned and sealed areas are dry and haze free.

It has been exactly one year since my first service. The carpets stayed clean longer than any other carpet services I have tried in the past. Carpets look like new. I love that no soap residue is left in the carpets to pick up dirt off shoes and feet. Very pleased.

I like that I know the carpet and furniture were cleaned, the only part of this visit was how long it took the tech to get here. I understand he had another job that took longer, but the only reason I got this update was because I called to get a status of the job.

Must put protective pads under table legs, chairs or any other furniture where water could penetrate. Carpet was left too wet, it took more than 2 days to completely dry,I was told that will only take 3 hours.
