Rather than moving all the furniture in the rooms you cleaned, you cleaned around some items, leaving the carpet filthy in those areas. This occurred in every room you cleaned.
I appreciate the very clean, thorough and relatively quiet work, the Tech's courtesy, properly uniformed in clean clothing, and the respect for the home's walls, etc. The carpet looks like new with it's softness, not "crispy", and long-lasting clean. I tell my friends that this cleaning is for the carpet, not for the bottoms of our shoes! D.G.Last name removed

I called and made an appointment but when I called to confirm the day before my appointment I was told by Debbie that there was no appointment on the books for me. So then I made a new appointment. An hour later I received a message back from Debbie telling me she found my appointment under my daughters name which when I made the appointment I asked the scheduler to change it to my name but it was never done. Debbie told me my appointment was at 3:00 pm on a Saturday. I was at the property location at 3:00 and waiting 20 minutes before I started calling to see where the cleaning person was. Zerorez was closed. I left 3 messages and sent an email. As i was driving away from the property I received a call from Michael from Zerorez telling me he was on his way at 3:45 pm. I explained to him what had happen and my frustration he was very apologetic. He came and cleaned my carpets and did an excellent job. He also explained to me everything about the spots he found. I for sure will call Zerorex for any carpet cleaning or pet accidents after speaking with Michael. I have been using your company for my business and personally for many years and it just seems like you have grown so much and you don't have the front office perfected. From one business owner to another. Just and FYI-Today is Tuesday evening and I have not received a phone call responseding to any of my voice messages from Saturday or an email response.
The technician (Robert Keith) was on time and did a great job on my tile floors. They look like new!
The cleaning method and result is the best compared to others.

The service that Robert provided was excellent and beyond my expectation to get our carpet cleaned. We thought that we needed to replace our carpet since it was visually in bad shape, so we thought. My family and I are VERY happy to finally see the original color of our carpet which is Off White. I can actually invite friends and family and not be embarrassed of what our carpet used to look like before Robert cleaned our carpet. We will definitely recommend Zerorez and Robert to our friends and family. Thank you so much!

Your company are a bunch of thieves. Your carpet cleaner, after doing a mediocre job told our caretaker for my dying mother that the job was $342.00 as she wrote it down, then you turn around and put on our credit card $444.00 for work never authorized. I gave Destina in your Irvine office a chance to make it good, as she lied how upright her service man was, and inferred I was a liar, the customer. She even had the audacity to tell me if use them again they may consider a credit! The audacity!!! Visa will remove the charge on our Visa, and YELP for a despicable review here we come.
The carpets get clean! They take care to keep dirt off by wearing booties and offering them to whoever is here. They protect the damp carpet from metal table legs with pieces of plastic.
The workers are always courteous and if late they will call you.
we are not 100% satisfied with the results. we feel there are a few areas that could have been treated/cleaned better.

Your service is wonderful, and your products actually work! We love Eduardo, and always ask for him when we set up an appointment. He is so enthusiastic and cleans our carpets as if they were his own. Plus, he is always on time!
The tech that came out did an amazing job. My carpet looks brand new again. Carpet is soft and plush again too!
He was very friendly, courteous and professional. He answered all of my questions and to appease me, re-did a spot that was actually a shadow. He knew it was a shadow but said "I want you to be happy, I will go over it again for you. I was real happy to see the wall protectors and booties.
