First of all (and most important), your cleaning method is safe and non-toxic. Those I talked to on the phone were friendly and very helpful. Larry Sanders, who cleaned my carpeting, was informative and very professional. He gave me some good advice about carpets and keeping them clean. I was impressed that he used corner protectors for the walls and that he provided me with booties to wear. I was amazed that the spots, stains, and grease spatters on the dining room carpet came out beautifully! Your service cost twice as much as other services, but hopefully my carpets are twice as clean and will stay clean twice as long. Thank you very much!

Clean almost always on time. The service person calls about a 1/2 hour ahead of time. Your office sends out reminders. Best of all we like the finished "product" of your work.

Normally, after a carpet cleaning, I can smell the smell for days. I have even fought a headache. When my carpet was done, I couldn't smell ANYTHING. I'm not sure if I'm supposed to give names, so I won't. The gentleman who worked at my house was efficient, very nice, explained the procedure and aftercare for the carpet. As a matter of fact, he was EARLY to the appointment. I wasn't totally ready for him, so he helped me get ready. I highly recommend your products, services and employee.

My family room carpet is 18 years old but you'd never know it! After every cleaning by Robert at Zerorez, it looks like new! With the combination of a great cleaning product and process along with the best technician ever, I always get the best results possible. I've had this carpet cleaned many times using other methods, and it has never looked as good as it does after a Zerorez cleaning even, in it's old age.

The carpet, area rugs and upholstery looked brand new after Robert was finished. We had a stain from a latte that spilled, and you can't even tell where the stain was. I was planning to reupholster our dining room chairs because they looked so bad, but now I won't have to. I love that there are no toxins or chemicals used for the cleaning. My sister, who is allergic to "everything" (mold, dust mites, bleach, cleaning products) stayed with us for a week, and she was able to breathe with no issues. That was the biggest test of all. Robert is so professional, and make recommendations that have benefited us tremendously.
Lower your prices !!! I got two rooms done for 240.00 kinda steep I think
