After the cleaning of the carpet it takes longer to soil than with other carpet cleaning services.
Yesterday's appointment needed to be rescheduled at great inconvenience to me because the equipment brought to the site was inadequate. This is the 2nd time you have serviced the address for us, and it is inconceivable to me that our account was not flagged properly.
When you came out last year, you failed to tell me about a $40 distance charge (or something) until the job was completed. You did make me right, but only by issuing a credit toward yesterday's job.
I want to be a raving fan, but you are not making it easy.

Thoroughness and passion about customer service
Scheduled an appointment for Tuesday @ 4:00pm. Took time off from work to be there and no one called or even showed up. Very dissapointed

Got my filthy carpets clean and were very thorough and efficient.
The work is excellent but they should send someone out to give estimates before you book appointment, this way there can be no discrepancy for the space vs cost.
Your services are terrific. The technician is always on time and very neat and careful in their work. The results are great-carpets look as good as new.
Our carpets came out perfectly clean and soft and fabulous. And the tile floor (and grout) in the kitchen haven't looked this clean since they were installed 3 years ago. Robert Keith is a superb representative and technician for your company. He did a great job! Thank you.
Costs are still to high
I like everything! Your folks always arrive promptly, are curteous, clean, knowledgeable and go above and beyond to satisfy my needs. They are also flexible to offer additional services if I have deemed it necessary. I especially commend Brett Spence who cleaned my carpet and additional area rugs this past Mon, 12/1. Thank you. 1.Office staff is courteous; makes appointment confirmation calls. 2.Technician calls when on his way. 3. Technician (Brian)is polite, professional, knowledgeable about carpets & upholstery, works in timely manner, & efficient. 4. Product makes carpets and upholstery look like new; white carpets are bright and sofa color is vibrant; effects are long-lasting.
4 different stains are still on carpet. Some threads in carpet have unraveled as a result of the cleaning. In the past, 3 small door mats have been cleaned and 2 small closets as a courtesy. This time 2 small door mats and the 2 closets I was charged $30 for one of the closets. May use Zerorez again, but not the technician. The first time I have not been happy with Zerorez.
The carpet does not get saturated so it dries fast and it stays leaner longer since there isn't soap.
There are still visible stains and the closet was not cleaned in masterbedroom. I hoped that service would have been like the last , which is why we called back, where all stains were removed.

personnel on phone and technician who cleaned carpets were both courteous, helpful and professional. Price is reasonable and competitive with other similar companies and carpet looks great! I also love that you don't use harsh chemicals for cleaning.

I love that my carpets look fresh and clean after a visit from Zerorez! I love that the technicians who have visited my home take care and treat my things with care. AND, I love that the technicians are courteous and do a thorough job each time they've been out.
