I like your service personnel Rashad is kind, direct, professional and he made me feel so comfortable working in my home. He did an excellent job, left things as they were (except for my super fabulous carpets and chairs that I can now call that after he cleaned them). I have been using you guys for years and you never fail to exceed my expectations. Thank you.

I like everything about zerorez… except the expense. LOL
But you get what you pay for so I keep coming back. Wouldn't trust my carpet to anyone else.
Also especially like the representative that I had last time. He's been here before and he's my favorite.

What could we do to improve?

After the carpet dried, there were still a couple of food stains left. I got a scrub brush and some soap and water and removed them. Cleaning was not as good as the last time I used your company.

I already gave my survey after the carpet was cleaned on Thursday, January 28th!

Robert is a highly qualified and skilled Carpet Master, very detailed oriented, proficient in his work, pays attention to the customers wishes and takes ownership and pride in his work. Beautiful and very clean carpets much better than the techs last year there was still a "dark hue" in the walking path of the carpet after they finished.

Kudos to Robert, he should train and develop all your techs, personal, friendly too :-)

We love the cleaning treatment process. Zerorez customer service is always professional and helpful in scheduling what are needs are.

Robert has worked in our home several times and he always does a great job. He helps to guide us with any questions we have in maintaining our carpet. He has even done some carpet repairs for us and we have been so pleased!

Like the cleaning process, as spots do not reappear when carpet is cleaned and not chemical based. Like also that Technician Robert has the equipment in his truck, should I like to inquire or see additional products/services/equipment, while he is here. That way, I can schedule those areas at a later time. Attendant is thorough. Attendant calls just before he arrives to assure customer that service is on its way. Technician answers questions, that one may have before cleaning begins. Attendant also makes sure before leaving that I'm completely satisfied.
