The guys do a great job. I've had both carpet and tile cleaned and I couldn't be happier. They show up as sheduled, work hard to protect my home, the carpets are clean and soft to the touch. They stay clean longer because they are not full of soap. The tile and grout look loke they are new. I won't use anyone else!
Before leaving, ask if the carpet needs cleaning in any other rooms.

I feel that it is too expensive. I was given a quote on the phone and then it was even more when the technician got here. He only had to clean half of one bedroom, and also charged me for a very small hallway at the top of the stairs.
