What do you like about our products and services?

I liked that Eduardo arrived on time. He was friendly and very knowledgeable. I had him clean the carpets which came out looking pretty good as the kids have spilled food, drink, nail polish, etc. on the carpet over the years. Our tile floor and grout looks brand new.

I love zerorez and would never consider using another carpet cleaning company. My carpets looks like brand new after cleaning.
Robert Keith who came out this time was great. I would give him a 10. He was very knowledgeable and experienced. I will be requesting him the next time I use Zerorez. I had some very large water spots from leaking french doors and was so thankful that he was able to get them out. I have used zerorez for several years now and highly recommend them to my friends.

The tile cleaning was excellent. The carpets came out great.

The only thing I was bummed about was we discussed sealing the tile. But I don't believe it was done.
