Keith was back to do our carpets again this year. Your system does a great job cleaning the carpets, but what really makes the program great is Keith. Not only does he do a fine job, but he communicates well, gives us suggestion on maintaining the carpet, and it's obvious he really cares about doing a first-rate job, both for the customer and the company. You have a very valuable representative, and we'll certainly be asking for him when we schedule our next service.
The quality of the results are great. My carpet is 18 years old and in great shape. we never wear shoes in the house, but after Zerorez it looks like new again. Tech (Sal) was the best. He went above and beyond the job.

able to get out stains very well, but find you expensive. Our tech was very nice and tried very hard despite equipment breaking down, which was difficult time wise for us as well as him. Would use again, but as I said think you are overpriced and might have to look for someone less.
I like that my whole house is clean. It is healthier for the children, the pets, and myself to have clean carpet. It dries nicely and stays cleaner throughout the year. Thanks for fast service and good deals!

I trust they will get the problem areas taken care of. They are professional and I don't have to worry about who is coming into my home. I like that they don't use harsh chemicals and it doesn't take forever to dry. Ever since they fixed a "cheapie" carpet cleaning I had years ago, I will only use Zerorez.
