No soap - no residue

My carpet is clean and the service man was very nice and helpful. However, the pre spray left spots on my limestone floor and I can't remove them.
Rashad was very professional and super nice. I like the fact that the cleaning composition is not real soapy and chemically.
My Representative from ZOEREZ was, "SOL"! Sol was professional and friendly from our first handshake to the last one on his departure! He represented his company and our family the same way during his visit. The results of the cleaning were outstanding! Spots we thought (and were) bad come out as if never being there before. The carpet looks like new (and they are 10 years old)! Sol also cleaned 3 Lazyboy style chairs that we use daily. These chairs feel and look like new ones! That is a big + for the $ we paid for them some years ago! Without a doubt my future requests for carpet, furniture cleaning will be with ZOEREZ!!!!! Thank you ZOEREZ!
I would highly recommend this company. No worries about chemicals , especially if you have pets and the carpets look great afterwards.

The service is always great, fast and with no drama. The most recent visit by technician Rashad Jordan was excellent. He is very polite and professional and really cleaned the area rugs very well. Keep him, he represents Zerorez well! Hope he is the technician that visits my house on my next call.

Friendly associates who are very knowledgeable. Not in a rush and will work with you if there is a problem that needs to be attended to. I am a believer in Zerorez and will always use them for my carpet and tile entry way and kitchen floor.

The technician was amazing and the issues at hand were not his fault. He handled it very professionally. But the equipment failed right after he started and he had to go back and get another truck. When he returned with a new truck just after starting, the equipment had an issue and was clogged and he did not have a toolbox in the truck that he had replaced with. What should've been a quick hour or less experience turned into 2 1/2 hour process. I was unable to get to work before noon. I know it was outside of the technicians authority, and I did not ask but I do feel that as a valued customer and somebody who has referred significant business to zero rez that some discount should've been applied or offered for inconvenience.
