We love the products Zerorez uses, we had all our carpet cleaned by Sal. And he explained in detail what products he used and the product will take out all dirt spots, food stains and coffee stains. And we were so shocked to see how clean our carpets were. They looked,

I've used ZeroRez for years, it is the only company I let touch my carpets. I can honestly say I've never had a complaint and if I did I trust them enough to know they would take care of it quickly. I really like that I get a 2 hour window of arrival and not a 4 or 6 hour which takes up my day. They have always notified me within 30 minutes of them getting there so I can make sure I have everything removed and they can get started quickly. My furniture has alway been protected from damage and they do a great job on clean-up. I recommend them highly.

I liked the work that was done this time to remove the dirt without over soaking, as happened in the past. Also the technician took care not to damage my furniture. I had some damage with another company when that technician was working and talking on his cell phone at the same time.

Your technicen is always on time very professional and clean! They use an extremely powerful truck vacuum system that leaves your carpet looking like New and most importantly your carpet is dry in less than 24hrs in my last cleaning my carpets were dry in about 14hrs which was great as we had family coming the day after our cleaning. I would recommend Zerorez to anyone and in fact have bragged about Zerorez to all my friends and family! I can't stress enough on how professional your technicians are and what a great job they perform!!!

Technician that serviced my house in Lancaster did an awesome job of getting out some really bad food and dirt stains in my carpet and on my chairs. Zerorez's cleaning system has worked the best out of any other type of carpet cleaning we have done. Great customer service.
