My husband and I really love the thoughtfulness and helpfulness of the technicians (Chris Morris is awesome, if avail!). We've used Zerorez twice now and will definitely be using them again. We've already recommended them to a friend who has also purchased services.

Your name says it all Zero Residue on my carpets and furniture. Everything came out clean and my 20 year old carpet looks and feels like new.

I have tried many other companies with much disappointment but with Zerorez my carpet felt and looked clean and soft. It also dried very fast. I'm a happy customer.

My carpets were really in pretty bad shape and really had low expectations. The tech worked hard and spent extra time and was able to get almost everything clean. There was a stain that now looks very light, but was expected.

I like the fact that no chemicals are use to clean. the service was very professional, Robert did a very good job cleaning the house carpet as well as the carpet and seats of my car, and also telling me good tips to use the spot remover that comes with unlimited free refills.

What could we do to improve?

maybe a better rinse. Spots did not come out which you cannot always see until carpet is dried. I had to use a spotting agent after carpet dried & got spots out better. I think maybe hot water/steam is better.
