I was a new client and when scheduled the appointment the person I spoke with did not
give me accurate information as to the process and the cost. When I schedule a service
of any kind I like to know exactly what they will be doing and what it will cost me.
The service technition did not go that extra mile after we resoved everything to leave
me feeling excited. Also, the girl on the phone told me the carpet would be dry in an hour or two but it took all of the next day as well.

My couch and loveseat came out looking like new again! And, my very old carpeting came out great as well. I really thought it was a goner! Bow I can have the time I need to save up for new floors and still have company over to our home again. I couldn't have been happier. I also appreciate the clean cut look of the serviceman who came out to my home. In fact, I told him that. Our technician was Brian and he was wonderful.
Cleanest the carpets have been after a cleaning!!!
The technican arrived prompty - which is VERY important to working, single woman. He was knowledgable, friendly and efficient. He made recommendations without pressure. He completed the work as agreed upon. And he left my house as we discussed (I had left for work). I heard about the company on the Melinda Lee cooking show...and would very definitly recommend them to friends....and use them again!
That there is no soaps and chemicals used.

The carpet was left saturated. Dirt stains returned within two weeks. Don't really know what you can do.
Livingston, our Zerorez tech, arrived exactly on time. He clearly explained everything that he was going to do, and also made suggestions to help us keep the carpet clean going forward. He gave us a nice discount on some additional services that were not in the original work order (2 sofas, 1 area rug, ect), and was very thorough and professional during his time in our home. The carpet now looks much better, feels softer, and even smells cleaner! Would highly recommend Zerorez to anyone looking for a complete and professional home carpet and furniture cleaning
