The Appointment was set up for 11a.m. and he arrived at about 1:20. Of course I didn't get all the things done that I had planned for that day.

It is clean and simple. The service man was efficient and pleasant.
I won't be able to really evaluate the cleaning until after several months. The appeal of Zerorez was the claim that zero residue would lead to less dirt being "attracted" to the carpet. We'll have to wait a few months to see how it goes.
I am VREY sensitive to chemical smells and had not cleaned my carpet for a long time due to becoming sick when I did. A friend invited me to her house during a Zerorez carpet cleaning and there was no offending smell (and the carpet was really clean too!). My carpets now look great! I've already set up an appointment for next year.
Livingston is very professional and does a great job cleaning our carpets. He is always prompt and curteous.

We have had our carpets cleaned by others in the past but they never turned out as nice as they look now with Zerorez. And the gentleman who came out could not have been more helpful, professional and friendly.
Love the smell of the product used to clean my carpets. The service man was really nice and answered my questions and did a great job cleaning. The carpet looked really good when he was done. He was very careful with my walls and the hoses he used to make sure they didn't mark up the wood on my stairs. I would definitely use your company again and I referred him to my neighbor who has an upcoming appointment with you.
The technician took a lot of time to spot the dog spots and other spots from coffee and wine that had been spilled. The carpet is almost 30 yrs old and looks almost like new. Just a couple of spots have resurfaced.

Young man was polite, did his job - price was acceptable and in fact good. We joked about drinking the fluid. He did a great job and yes I will recommend you, HOWEVER more and more people are taking out carpet and putting in floor.

I like that no harsh chemicals are used and left on our carpets. The technician was very friendly. I didn't like that the person on the phone said the servicemen would move all my couches, etc. then when he was here he said they didn't do that. So you need to get your story straight either way. Lucky my husband & I moved most things otherwise we wouldn't have gotten certain places cleaned. Paul did a very good job, would have likes to have little blocks under a few more things, but other than that, he did a really good job.
The service was good; the system actually works well. However, what turned me off was that the serviceman's appearance was unprofessional. His clothes were dirty. He wore a workshirt that had someone else's name on it. Although he was nice, friendly and professional in his demeanor, his appearance did not reflect a good representation for your company.
Not really happy with some of the dirtier areas that were cleaned. They seem cleaner but not as clean as others have gotten them.
It worked!!! I have white carpet and did not want to use any detergents on it. I was so worried about track marks and using zerorez, it never happened
After the carpet dried three days later, it looked like it was never done. The stains were still there and so was the dirt.
I love how you protect my corners by covering them before you start the job. I also feel my carpets are cleaner than they have ever been and the look lasts longer than other companies.
It is like our carpet was new again. Clean, not sticky, the pile is up and feels very much like it was when we first purchased it. The color is so greatly improved also. This is the second time we have used Zerorez and we love the results.
